(3) When you fill out our contact form or send us an email to get in touch, all the data you share (names, email address, and phone number if necessary) are recorded during the processing of your request. Once the recording of your data is no longer necessary, it is either deleted or subject to limited processing if required by applicable law.
(4) When we engage contractual service providers for various online services we offer or use your personal data for marketing purposes, detailed explanations about the different processes will be provided below. These explanations will also include criteria regarding the duration for which your data will be retained.
2 YOUR RIGHTS
(1) In the context of the collection of your personal data, you have the right to access and modify or delete them. You also have the right to object to and restrict the processing of your data, as well as the right to data portability.
(2) Additionally, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a designated authority for the protection of personal data regarding the procedure for processing your personal data.
3 COLLECTION OF PERSONAL DATA WHEN YOU VISIT OUR WEBSITE
(1) When you browse our website solely for information without creating a customer account, and no personal information is provided through any communication channel, the only personal data collected are those communicated by your browser to our server. Certain technically necessary data are collected to provide access to our site and ensure its sustainability and security (collection governed by Article 6(1) paragraph 1 point f of the GDPR). This includes:
- Your browser's name
- The operating system you use, and its interface
- The language you have set and the version of your browser software
- The originating website of the request, and the time, date, and content of the request
- The amount of transferred data
- The IP address from which you are connected
- The GMT (Greenwich Mean Time) time zone in which you are located
- Your access status code (HTTP)
(2) In addition to the above data, your device stores cookies while navigating our site. These are text files saved on your hard drive associated with your browser, providing specific information to the cookie (by us, in this case).
(3) Use of cookies and pixels:
- a) To collect statistical data, we have implemented cookies on our site. This statistical data is necessary for our business strategy and to offer you a pleasant experience during your visit to our site. We may occasionally update cookie information, so we recommend checking this page frequently for the current cookie policy.
If you have registered on our site by creating your customer account, cookies are useful to recognize you each time you visit the site. Without cookies, you would need to re-identify yourself during each visit. Cookies are small files consisting of alphanumeric characters installed on your device during each visit to our site (if no cookie blocking is set on your browser). Two types of cookies exist: permanent and transient. The category placed on your browser is defined when the cookie is established on your device. Note that first-party cookies (such as our domain) are not the same as third-party cookies.
Permanent cookies are automatically deleted after a specified period, varying depending on the cookie. You can delete these cookies in your browser's security settings if you wish. Transient cookies are automatically deleted when your browser is closed. Session cookies, a type of transient cookie, store a session identifier and send various requests from your browser to a common session. This process is essential to recognize the device from which you return to our website. Session cookies are automatically deleted when you stop or close your browser. Flash cookies used are not in your browser but are stored by your Flash plugin. We use HTML 5 storage on your device. All these storage methods store essential data in addition to your browser and are not subject to a scheduled deletion date. You can oppose the use of Flash cookies by downloading a suitable extension, such as "Better Privacy" for Mozilla Firefox (https://addons.mozilla.org/en/firefox/addon/betterprivacy/) or the Adobe Flash Killer cookie for Google Chrome. You have the right to object to the use of HTML 5 storage systems. To do this, activate the "private" mode available in your browser's configuration settings. We recommend manually deleting your browsing history and cookies as often as possible.
First-party cookies, also called "internal cookies," are set up by the site you are browsing (for example, the cookies used by our domain to enhance the handling of our website). Regarding cookies set up by other parties (third-party cookies), these are cookies installed on your computer by a different domain than the one you are browsing. When you visit a website, if a cookie from a different domain is installed on your computer, then that cookie is a third-party cookie.
On our website, we use services provided by third-party providers, who may sometimes use "third-party cookies." Through these services, we can deliver targeted advertisements based on your interests, your subsequent purchases, and each of your visits to our website. We use these services to collect statistical data on traffic and purchases made on our website and to assess the impact of our advertising campaigns. Data collected through this method is analyzed anonymously, meaning your information is anonymized and not stored in cookies or pixels.
- b) Authorization and consent
By authorizing cookies in your browser settings and browsing our website, you accept the use of cookies from our providers and ourselves on our site.
- b) Can I withdraw my consent?
Certainly. To do this, you need to delete the cookies stored on your device in your browser settings. If you want to block cookies on your computer, go to your browser settings and redefine it by blocking cookies. However, please note that if you block cookies, part or all of our website may become unusable.
4 OTHER FUNCTIONS AND OFFERS ON OUR WEBSITE
(1) In addition to exclusively informative content, our website offers various services that may be of interest to you. To benefit from these services, you may need to provide us with additional personal data, which we will use to provide the agreed-upon services. All the points related to the above-mentioned data also apply to these services.
(2) Occasionally, we use third-party service providers who perform data processing operations related to your data. We pay careful attention to their selection and mandate them ourselves. They are required to follow our instructions, and we regularly monitor compliance with
them.
(3) Your personal data may also be transmitted to third parties in special offers, lotteries, contract signings, or similar events, including our partners. Additional information will be provided when entering your personal data or below in the presentation of the offer.
(4) In the event that one of our partners or service providers is located outside the European Economic Area (EEA), you will be informed of the impact of this particularity in the offer description.
5 USE OF OUR ONLINE STORE
(1) If you wish to make a purchase on our online store, it is necessary, for contract execution, that you provide us with the personal data required to process your order. The required fields for contract fulfillment are highlighted, while others remain optional. The personal data you provide is used to finalize your order. For this purpose, your payment-related data may be communicated to our bank. This action is performed under Article 6(1) paragraph 1 point b) of the GDPR.
On our site, you have the option to create a customer account. This allows us to collect information about you for your future orders. When you create your account by clicking on the "My Account" tab, the entered data is saved but can be deleted. All your data can be deleted whenever you wish from your customer account. You can also delete your user account.
(2) To comply with current tax and commercial law, we store all data related to your orders, your place of residence, and your payment methods for ten years. However, after three years, we restrict processing, where your data is used only in compliance with the law.
(3) To secure your personal and payment-related data and protect access against unauthorized individuals, all order management is secured by TLS encryption.
6 NEWSLETTER
(1) To ensure you don't miss any of our offers and promotions, we invite you to subscribe to our newsletter.
(2) This subscription is confirmed through a double opt-in process. This means that, to proceed with your subscription, you will receive an email at the email address you provided. This email contains a confirmation link to subscribe to the newsletter. Without your confirmation, no newsletters will be sent, and your email address will be deleted from our mailing list. However, your communicated IP addresses, as well as the time and date of your newsletter subscription and confirmation, will be stored. This process verifies your subscription and allows for investigations if your personal data is ever compromised.
(3) The only required information for sending the newsletter is your email address. Upon confirmation of your subscription, your email address is stored exclusively by us for the purpose of sending our newsletter. The storage of your email address is done in accordance with Article 6(1) paragraph 1 point a) of the GDPR.
(4) You have a permanent right of withdrawal that allows you to cancel your newsletter subscription at any time. To do this, click on the unsubscribe link provided in each newsletter or notify your desire using the contact details provided in the legal notice.
(5) We inform you that when sending our newsletter, we evaluate your user behavior. To carry out this evaluation, our newsletters contain pixel tags (or web beacons), which are small one-pixel image files stored on our website. For this evaluation, we combine the mentioned files in the third paragraph with pixel tags, your email address, and a unique identifier. All the collected data allows us to create a user profile and tailor our newsletter based on your interests. We gather the time and date when your newsletter was opened, and all the links contained in the newsletter that were clicked. This helps us determine your interests. A correlation is established between your website navigation and the collected data.
You have a permanent right to object to this tracking by opening the corresponding link provided in each email or by notifying us of your opposition through any other means of communication. All data is stored for the period during which you remain subscribed to our newsletter. If you decide to unsubscribe, your data will be anonymized and only used for statistical purposes. No tracking can be set up if, in the settings of your email account, you have selected the deactivation of image display. Under this configuration option, the newsletter may not display in its entirety, and some included functions may not work. However, you can manually enable image display, and the mentioned tracking will be established.
7 REVOCATION OR WITHDRAWAL OF CONSENT TO DATA PROCESSING
(1) If you have given consent regarding the management of your data, you have the right to withdraw it at any time. Once we are informed, this change immediately affects the legitimacy of the processing of your personal data.
(2) When the processing of your personal data is based on your interests, you have the right to withdraw your consent for this processing. This can occur, for example, in the context of entering into a contract between you and us, where data processing is optional. This information is always mentioned in the description of the functions. If you exercise your right of revocation, we require knowledge of your reasons for questioning the processing of your personal data by our site. If your reasons are valid, we will review the case, and a decision to interrupt or adjust the data management will be made. Otherwise, you will be informed of the reasons justifying the continuation of data processing.
(3) You can permanently withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data for advertising and analytics purposes. To do this, please send a notification of your objection to advertising purposes to the contact details specified in the legal notice.
8 WEB AUDIENCE MEASUREMENT
*Using Google Analytics*
(1) On our website, we use Google Analytics, a data analysis service provided by Google. To analyze your use of our site, Google Analytics uses cookies, which are small text files stored on your device. Data about your use of this site, generated by cookies, is usually transmitted to a Google server in the United States, where it is stored.
However, if IP anonymization is enabled on this site, your IP address will be truncated by Google within the EU and member states of the EEA before transmission. Full IP addresses are only sent to a Google server in the United States and truncated there in exceptional cases. The data held by Google on behalf of the site administrator will be used to evaluate your use of the site, to compile reports on site activity, and to provide more services related to internet usage and the website.
(2) The IP address from your browser sent to Google Analytics is never associated with any other data provided by Google.
(3) You have the option to block the operation of cookies by adjusting your browser settings. However, please note that after blocking, you may not have access to all the features available on the site. Additionally, you can oppose the storage of data generated by the cookie and related to your use of the site (including your IP address) to Google, as well as the processing of this data by Google. To do this, you can download and install the following browser extension: http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=en.
(4) This site uses Google Analytics with the "anonymizeIp()" extension. This secures IP addresses by automatically shortening them and preventing any direct association with a specific user. Therefore, if a connection is established between an individual and the collected data related to you, it will be immediately revoked, and all your data will be deleted promptly.
(5) We use Google Analytics to analyze the use of our site and to continually improve it. The collected statistical data is used to better tailor our products to our customers and make them more efficient. When your data is transmitted to Google in the United States, Google has committed to complying with the EU-US Privacy Shield: https://www.privacyshield.gov/EU-US-Framework. The use of Google Analytics is governed by Article 6(1) paragraph 1 point f) of the GDPR.
(6) Information about third-party providers: Google Dublin, Google Ireland Ltd., Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, Fax: +353 (1) 436 1001. Terms of use: http://www.google.com/analytics/terms/us.html; privacy overview: http://www.google.com/intl/en/analytics/learn/privacy.html, and privacy policy: http://www.google.com/intl/en/policies/privacy.
(7) This site also uses Google Analytics for cross-device reports of visitor traffic. These reports are created using a user ID. To disable these reports, you can visit the following link: Disable Google Analytics tracking, available at the bottom of our site.
(8) The cookies used by our website are used for retargeting marketing, an advertising approach based on individual interests. For example, your navigation on our site may be considered for targeted advertising on other websites. For this purpose, data collected by third-party cookies is used. Currently, these third parties are:
- Google Adwords
- Facebook/Instagram
- Google Analytics
9 SOCIAL MEDIA
Use of Social Media Plugins
(1) Currently, we do not use any plugins on our social media platforms. However, if this practice is implemented, we will use the two-click technique. When you visit our website, no personal
data is initially sent to the plugin providers in its original form. The plugin provider is identifiable by the illustration positioned above its logo or initials. To interact with the plugin provider, simply click the designated button. It collects only the information transmitted on the visited page if you have activated the plugin. All data specified in the third paragraph of this statement is also subject to transmission.
For Instagram and Facebook, your IP address is immediately anonymized after being collected by the provider. If the plugin is activated, your personal data is sent to the plugin provider, and it stores your data in its company (in the United States if the provider is based in the U.S.). Since the collection of your data through specific cookies is entirely the responsibility of the plugin provider, we recommend deleting all cookies after the necessary click on the gray cell at the top of your browser's security settings.
(2) No changes are made by us regarding your personal data or the processes related to their management. Additionally, we are not aware of the extent of the collection of your data, the duration of retention, and the purposes of processing your data. Finally, regarding the deletion of your data held by the plugin providers, we have no information about this procedure.
(3) Plugin-emitting providers create a user profile for your personal data under which it is recorded. These profiles are used for advertising campaigns, market research, or website-related purposes, as requested. These assessments are made (also for offline users) to conduct advertising campaigns that meet demands and to show other users of the social network what you are doing while browsing our website. To exercise your right to object to the creation of this user profile assigned to you, you must contact the provider using the plugin. The use of plugins is governed by Article 6(1) paragraph 2 point f) of the GDPR.
(4) The transmission of your personal data is carried out whether you have an account with the provider or are online or not. When you are online, your stored personal data is immediately linked to your open user account with the plugin provider. When you activate the "online" mode and, for example, go to the page, the plugin provider also mentions this information on your profile and shares it without restriction with all your contacts. It is advisable to log out of the social network after each use, especially before activating the plugin button, to dissociate yourself from your profile with the plugin provider.
(5) Additional information about the extent of the collection and management of your personal data by the provider, data protection, and clarification of your rights on this subject, as well as how to configure your settings, will be provided.
